Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you have 21 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. We kindly ask you to review our return policy below before proceeding with a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused. Additionally, the item(s) should be in the original packaging, including any boxes, bags, or other materials that came with the product.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. In your email, provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will assist you by providing a return label for you to send the item(s) back to us.

Please note that unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent, the cost of return shipping is not covered by us. If you are responsible for the return shipping cost, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return label to send the item(s) back to us, and as soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will dispatch your new item(s). Please be aware that if the new item(s) differ in value from the original item(s), we will either refund the difference or charge you accordingly.

Damaged Or Defective Items

We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will carefully inspect them to confirm the damage or defect. If the item(s) are deemed damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, perishable goods, and intimate items such as swimwear and lingerie. Additionally, any item that has been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, we will provide you with a return label to send the item(s) back to us for a refund.
